INTRODUCTION AND PURPOSE OF MEETING <br />The purpose of the meeting is to consider a proposed Zoning By- <br />law amendment pursuant to the provisions of the Planning Act, to <br />rezone a 26.8 hectare (66.2 acre) agricultural property situated on <br />the east side of 9th Concession Road, immediately south of King's <br />Highway 401 from "Agricultural Zone (A)" to a site specific <br />Agricultural Zone prohibiting the construction of a residential <br />dwelling unit, in accordance with Section 2.3.4.1 c) of the Provincial <br />Policy Statement. <br />V.
