INTRODUCTION AND PURPOSE OF MEETING <br />The purpose of the meeting is to give consideration and receive <br />public comment on a proposed Zoning By-law Amendment to the <br />Sandwich South Zoning By-law 85-18, pursuant to the provisions of <br />the Planning Act. The purpose of the proposed amendment is to <br />change the zoning pertaining to a 0.55 hectare (1.4 acre) parcel of <br />land situated on the south side of North Pacific Avenue, <br />approximately 30 metres west of its intersection with Lespernace <br />Road, from "Holding Residential Zone 1 (H) R1" to "Residential <br />Zone (R1-18)". <br />V.
