BIA, July 26, 2011 Re: Water`ront Park Request -Meet and Greet <br />Event <br />Recommendation: THAT Communications A and B on the July 26, <br />2011 Regular Council Agenda be received. <br />Recommendation: THAT Whereas Council unanimously passed <br />Resolution RCM-166/11 at their Regular Meeting held on Tuesday, <br />May 10, 2011, which authorized the Tecumseh BIA to use the Town's <br />Waterfront Park from Friday, August 12 to and including Sunday <br />August 14, 2011, to host the annual Art of Eating event; <br />And Whereas RCM-166/11 further designated the Art of Eating event <br />as a 'Municipal Significant Event' as well as a 'Special Event' in <br />accordance with the AGCO Special Occasion permit application <br />provisions and the Town's Parks By-law respectively; <br />
